Smolensky Lane is a quiet prestigious area right in the city center with all major highlights, business amenities and luxury shopping centers. Look through the window – and you will see British Embassy, right near your house. Two steps down the street – and you’re on the embankment of the river Moskva, looking at the Russian White House, where the most important events in modern Russian history took place. Only 5 minutes walk in other direction – and you find yourself in the New Arbat Street with its posh shops, pubs and cafes.

Check-in Procedure: Upon arrival you will be greeted by our manager, who will provide you with all the necessary information regarding the apartment facilities, visa registration and answer any other questions you might have. Regular check-in time is after 2.00PM and regular check-out time is noon, 12.00PM.
When booking an apartment you will be able to request a transfer. If you are coming to the apartment by public transportation or by a transfer ordered through another company, we ask you to inform us about your arrival time 24 hours in advance.
